Elena Gosse came to Australia from Russia over 20 years ago with her two young children. With much hard work and determination, she has flourished and today is the CEO of a multi-million-dollar company and sought-after speaker, advocate and mentor.

In Russia, Elena faced many challenges including the lows and highs of the entertainment industry, leaving a broken marriage with her two children (one of whom lives with a disability) before moving to a new country where she did not speak the language.

Elena then faced racial stereotyping as she joined her husband’s company as a secretary. She rose to every challenge, growing the company nationally and becoming a highly respected CEO who lives her strong personal values through her support of vulnerable women and children in our community.
