Accessibility Statement

Last updated: March 2026

Elena is working to make her site elenagosse.com.au accessible to people with disabilities.

Accessibility statement

Elena Gosse is committed to making this website accessible and usable for as many people as possible. Inclusion is a core value of Elena’s work as a business leader, speaker and advocate. That principle extends to this website. Everyone should be able to access the ideas, resources and information shared here.

Accessibility approach

We aim to design and maintain this website so it can be used by people with a wide range of abilities, technologies and browsing methods, including assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation and voice input.

Where possible, this site follows recognised accessibility practices and aims to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). These guidelines provide an international standard for making digital content more accessible.

Accessibility is considered when new content, features or updates are added to the site.

What we aim to support

We aim for the website to provide:

• clear page structure and readable content

• text that can be resized without loss of functionality

• navigation that works with keyboard controls where possible

• sufficient colour contrast for readability

• descriptive alternative text for meaningful images

• compatibility with modern browsers and mobile devices

  • Used the Accessibility Wizard to find and fix potential accessibility issues

  • Set the language of the site

  • Set the content order of the site’s pages

  • Defined clear heading structures on all of the site’s pages

  • Added alternative text to images

  • Implemented color combinations that meet the required color contrast

  • Reduced the use of motion on the site

  • Ensured all videos, audio, and files on the site are accessible

Ongoing improvements

Accessibility is not a one-off task. The site is reviewed periodically and improvements are made over time as technology and content evolve. Some older material or third-party embedded content may not fully meet current accessibility expectations. Where this occurs, we work to improve accessibility when updates are made.

Requests, issues and suggestions

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of this website, please let us know. Feedback helps identify barriers and improve the experience for everyone. If you need information from this website in a different format, or if something on the site is not accessible to you, we will do our best to assist.

You can contact us through the Contact page on this website.

Conformance intent

This website aims to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where reasonably practicable for a small business website.
