I was lucky enough to hear Elena's story and inspirational journey at the Connecting Women in Industry event last week. Her story of resilience, finding her own voice and overcoming the personal and professional challenges throughout her life was inspirational. Elena has a way with words that is so captivating, the entire room in a busy golf club was silent. Her speech was motivational, powerful and shook many of us to the core. She handled hard questions with grace, and there was more than one teary eye in the room when she was done. She is an inspiration and I would love to see her talk again.

I had the pleasure of seeing Elena at the Logan Chamber of Commerce breakfast on 8th March 2021 for the International Women's Day event. Elena was a guest speaker who captivated the audience with her genuine heartfelt story. It is a story of resilience and never giving up no matter what, through the challenges in her life I thought what a courageous woman to have not only faced adversity through her life but overcome them. Elena spoke of finding her voice and I am sure this inspirational speech will give other women the courage to find theirs. A true champion for women and a fantastic speaker, I highly recommend attending an event where Elena is speaking. 

I was fortunate to see Elena speak at a recent function aimed at raising awareness and support to victims of family and domestic abuse. Elena is an engaging and passionate speaker who captured the audience and held them through her authentic and candid stories. Elena is an excellent advocate and excels at public speaking.

Elena was our Guest Speaker at our annual Paint the Bayside Orange Breakfast and had the audience absolutely enthralled with her enthusiasm and passion for her commitment to Eliminate Violence Against Women and Girls. From the first meeting with Elena I was engaged and inspired. It is rare to meet such a well balanced women, one who is not only the CEO of a multi million dollar company but a loyal mother, grandmother and friend. It is with great pleasure that I write of my dealings with Elena Gosse as CEO of Australian Innovative Systems. I met Elana when I was Producing Interactive Business Training resources for Qld Gov. Elena was my Russian case Study, since that project I have worked directly for Elena on 2 separate Productions both of which Elena has Co-Produced and also worked as the Line-Producer and Exec Producer. Her extensive Business Knowledge and her background in Media have made both productions pleasurable experiences. The fact that I am based over 1000km away from Elena was not an impediment and our communications were efficient and productive. Elena has a large team of people working for her and without exception all hold her in high esteem. I am humbled to write this recommendation for Elena and privileged to have gotten to know her as a business colleague and close friend over the 5 years we have worked together. Her dedication and focus make her Business Woman of the Year every year in my eyes.

I worked with Elena, then President of the Russian Community Centre in Brisbane, in the preparation of a building development proposal.
